Attention Sunnyside Familes of Lower Valley Memorial Garden

Update: 7/13/2023

Dear Lower Valley Families,

We hope this update finds you well. We wanted to inform you about the progress made towards reopening our office after the unfortunate fire incident and address some ongoing challenges we are facing.

We are pleased to announce that our phone lines are now up and running, allowing for communication within the office. This development will greatly contribute to our productivity and facilitate effective collaboration. At this time we are only seeing families by appointment only. Please call to set appointment. Please give the office a few days to respond to your messages as we are inundated with calls.

However, we regret to inform you that the water pump, which was stolen for the third time, has not yet been replaced. As a result, we are currently limited to watering only one area at a time. We understand the inconveniences this may pose, and we are actively exploring various solutions to address this issue promptly. Rest assured, we are working diligently to secure a new water pump so that we can restore full functionality as soon as possible.

While we encounter this challenge, we kindly ask for your cooperation. Please do not call the city of Sunnyside for answers; we are a privately owned cemetery, meaning the city as nothing to do with the cemetery.

We truly value your patience and understanding as we navigate through these obstacles in getting our office fully operational again. Our team remains committed to resolving the water pump situation swiftly and ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to prevent future incidents. We will continue to provide regular updates as progress is made and any further developments arise. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team at jgonzalea@pgifs.com or 509-837-2233.

Thank you for your continued support as we rebuild and recover from the fire. Together, we can overcome these challenges and return to normal operations.

Warm regards,

Lower Valley Management
